| 概要 | In this study, we reported about the intervention technique that we have used with an ataxic client.
The training was done by the following methods: (1) motor control exercise with loaded condition; (2) coordination exercise with proprioceptive sensation and epicritic sensation; (3) exploratory activity to facilitate isolated movement; (4) learning adequate movement of ADL by using “an internal model in the cerebellum”; (5) progressive reduction of visual feedback when performing ADL and APDL. Intervention mentioned as above improved such as the function of upper extremities in STEF, the performance of ADL and APDL. |
