| 概要 | The purpose of this study was to develop a work-related stress scale for occupational therapists in Japan. The study design was a survey using mailed questionnaires.
A final factor analysis yielded fourteen factors using principal components analysis and promax rotation. And Cronbach’s alpha of .920 indicated. We think that the developed scale is useful in confirming the stressors of occupational therapists in Japan. And more studies of the stress in occupational therapists must be undertaken. |
