| 概要 | To design a suitable job stress model, a survey of job stress of occupational therapists was conducted for 291 occupational therapists in the Tokyo metropolitan area. And we analyzed the data using factor analysis and structural equation modeling (secondary factor analysis). Six major job stress factors were extracted.
And a suitable job stress model for occupational therapists was composed of two latent variables. |
