■ Profile
Akinori Seki is a Professor at Tokyo Keizai University, specializing in cross-cultural communication and motivation toward learning foreign languages. As the chairperson of the International Exchange Committee at the university, he actively promotes the development of international and multicultural collaboration networks worldwide. Outside of the university, he serves as the President of the Asia Association of Education and Exchange (AAEE), an educational organization with over 20,000 followers on Facebook. Having organized more than 35 international exchange programs in English with university students in Japan, Southeast and South Asia, he diligently observes student attitudes toward English learning and their styles of intercultural communication during these programs. Additionally, he holds the position of the official regional advisor for the Union of Friendship Organizations on People's Diplomacy, Vietnam.
