| 概要 | Stresses experienced by child caregivers following the Kumamoto earthquakes in 2016, their anxieties and problems were investigated. The objective was to suggest effective crisis intervention and support mechanisms for child caregivers in the case of future disasters. A survey was conducted in nursery schools in Kumamoto Prefecture（ N=35） in June 2016, two months after the disaster in nursery schools. Participants were requested to describe the associated stresses they had experienced. As a result of the survey, 54 episodes were extracted. These were classified using the KJ-Method into 2 major categories:"stress experienced as a childcare-giver" and"stress experienced as a victim", 8 midcategories, and 12 minor categories. The results indicate that , it is necessary to take individual, organizational and administrative measures to support child caregivers during future disasters. |
