| 概要 | With the globalisation, Japanese population construction has been changed by the concept of "Co-living Among Many Cultures", which can be trace back to "Wa" of Japanese traditional philosophy for the harmony. With the new foregin population, there now can be observed conflicts between local and forein residents withthe transnational political actions. The gap between policy ideal and real situation would reveal some common points among the different ethnic policies, i.e. a mono-cultural society with many culture policy and a multicultural society with a multicultural policy, which can show the original philosophies of the ethnic policies might be in the same idea of the political power construction of the society. |
