Details At the private S Elementary School, we have been trying to shift from the past teaching style, which aimed at memorizing target expressions through repeated practice and speaking accurately with pronunciation close to that of native speakers, to the teaching style of communicating one's true thoughts and feelings. Through the three-year transition process, more and more teachers have become aware of the importance of "interaction" by observing the changes in the children and trying to create purposes, situations, and circumstances. On the other hand, there are teachers who are feeling confused about teaching. Therefore, in order to obtain suggestions for teacher training and development to foster a new view of teaching, we investigated the perceptions of instructors regarding the significance of "interaction.
