| 概要 | 抄録集 p203 To extract problems inherent in 2013 Cochrane Report by analyzing the design of the study, patient background, methodology and differences in the results of the acupuncture intervention.RCT reviewed mainly consists of acupuncture intervention at or around the time of implantation or egg retrieval and does not include any long-term benefits of acupuncture and moxibustion which is common in Japan. Therefore, it is still too early to conclude that acupuncture is non-beneficial for boosting pregnancy rate. Timing of acupuncture treatment also needs to be considered further. Moreover, we identified study design which included subjects with limited information on ovarian function or illness. Effectiveness of acupuncture is likely to be more apparent once ovarian reserve and illnesses are categorized. |
