| 概要 | The growth of population age 65 and older has affected every aspect of the society in developed countries, presenting challenges and opportunities to lodging industry. Among many hotel brands, economy hotel chains have been proactive in capturing this rapidly growing senior market. This study aims to identify senior customers' beliefs concerning the important attributes in economy hotel selection. |
