概要 In this paper I will outline how my department handled the training and support of teachers and students. I will give
an account of what worked and what we should have done better. In the conclusion, I will
look to the future. What have we learned? What should we do if we are hit by another
worldwide pandemic? Most people agree that this experience of teaching and learning
online has changed education fundamentally. This new knowledge could be harnessed to
improve learning outcomes in higher education.
