Details ヘリコバクターピロリ菌感染および逆流性食道炎のある日本人20代健常成人において、上部消化管症状に関連したQOLに差があるかどうか調べた。日本人20歳代健常成人166名を対象に調べた結果、ピロリ菌感染罹患率は12.7%、逆流性食道炎罹患率は13.3%であった。ヘリコバクターピロリ菌感染と逆流性食道炎のある20代健常成人の上部消化管症状に関連したQOLは、必ずしも障害されていないことが示唆された。
