Details	本研究の目的は作業療法士の独自性を理学療法と看護の理論との比較をもとに探究することである。比較対象とした理論は作業療法士、理学療法士、看護師が使っている人間作業モデル（Kielhofner）、課題指向型アプローチ（Shumway-Cook & Woollacott）、目標達成理論（King）である。3つの理論は類似している点が多い。少なくとも患者の立場から作業、課題、相互浸透行為という概念を明確に区別するのは難しい。作業療法士は患者に対し作業を専門職の独自性として理論的に主張するだけでは、患者の理解を得ることはできないだろう。
