| 概要 | Objective: To clarify post-diagnostic support for patients with MCI at medical centers for dementia. We conducted a web-based questionnaire survey on post-diagnosis support for patients with MCI among staff in consultation and support roles at 482 medical centers for dementia nationwide. We analyzed 44 items of support by applying simple tabulation and the 1PL item response theory model. The difficulty level of 45support items in 1PL ranged from -2.56 to 1.02, of which 40 items were negative values, suggesting that the items were relatively easy. |
