| Details | 脳卒中片麻痺患者33名と健常高齢者22名の歩行動作を3次元動作解析装置で計測し、 姿勢制御能力指標である全身角運動量の制御様式の相違点を明らかにした。脳卒中片麻痺患者は麻痺側遊脚期における前後方向の不安定性が大きく、この不安定性に非麻痺側立脚期の膝関節伸展モーメントの大きさが関連することを明らかにした。 |
