| Details | アコニチンはトリカブトに含まれるナトリウムチャンネルを活性化する毒である。本論文では中枢神経のグルタミン酸及びGABA作動性の神経終末部にこのアコニチンがどのように作用するのかを検討した。その結果、両神経終末の神経伝達物質放出を著明に促進する作用がある事が証明された。この事がアコニチン摂取によって引き起こされる痙攣現象に関係する可能性が示唆された。
