| Details | 神経興奮機序の1つにグルタミン酸受容体の活性化が挙げられる。そのうち、GABA作動性の神経終末部に存在するグループII代謝性グルタミン酸受容体（mGluR II受容体）の神経伝達物質GABAへの放出制御について論じた。その結果このmGluR II受容体は、cAMPを介してGABAの放出を抑制していることがわかった。
