| Details | ラット脊髄背側交連核（SDCN）ニューロンのシナプス・ブートン標本を使用し、ガス麻酔薬であるキセノンガスがグルタミン酸とGABA作動性神経伝達にどのような影響をもたらすのか、電気生理学的手法で明らかにした。その結果、キセノンによる麻酔効果は、特にシナプス前部のグルタミン酸の遊離を抑制することに起因することが明らかとなった。 |
