| Details | 神経内視鏡を用いた手術において、人工髄液による洗浄では止血までの時間が短縮されることが良く経験されるが、そのメカニズムは明らかでなかった。そこで、人工髄液が止血に与える影響を検討した結果、人工髄液中の sodium bicarbonate が血小板内 Src 活性化を増強させ、血小板活性化を促進することを明らかにした。申請者は本論文の実験及び執筆全てを行った。 |
