Details | This study investigated ‘YURAGI’ in home-visit nursing practice to comprehensively examine its association with supportive supervision with reference to burnout research, as well as its significance. Supervision requires a nurse to convey the nature of interpersonal support to the provider of support, provide support until a practicable level is achieved, and train the provider of support the necessary skills including environmental coordination. To achieve this, systematization and dissemination are also required during supportive supervision. However, despite emphasis being placed on the need to deepen burnout buffers and ‘YURAGI’ in pursuit of growth, the system does not function well and identifying the rules and peculiarities of the concepts of home-visit nursing practice and supervision has been found to be challenging, with minimal activity in this area. |
