| Details | この研究の目的は，健常成人と比較して，脳卒中患者の立位時の姿勢制御能力と能動的頭部回転運動の程度の関係性を調査することであった．結果，脳卒中患者は積極的な頭の回旋運動によって姿勢の不安定性は増加した．したがって、頭の回転に関連する前庭機能は脳卒中患者で減少する可能性があることを示唆される． |
