Details The questionnaire was administered to 36 community-dwelling elderly people belonging to a senior’s club. About 96% of the respondents reported that their understanding of dysphagia improved after participating in the “Eating health check” survey and all the respondents replied that they wanted to prevent dysphagia.An analysis of the Customer Satisfaction portfolio revealed that “time required” was an important item to be improved.The “Eating health check” survey improved community-dwelling older adults’ understanding of dysphagia and increased their awareness of prevention
