Details In this department, rubric evaluation was introduced as the result of clinical training conducted in 2017. This study compares the self-evaluation of students with the evaluation of others implemented by practical training instructors using the rubric assessment. Among participants, there were 40 practical training instructors who requested evaluation practical training, 40 practical training instructors who requested comprehensive practical training, 42 students who performed evaluation practical training, and 41 students who performed general practical training. As a result, from the evaluation viewpoint, 9 out of 12 items from the evaluation practice and 9 out of 13 items from the comprehensive practice showed significant agreement. However, among the students, although there many students were comparable, some of them were also overestimated or significantly underestimated.
