| 概要 | The Tokyo Olympics introduced an isolation bubble system to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Athletes faced increased stress in the bubble environment, but certain measures such as relaxation zones, ice baths, and Japanese food helped alleviate it. Communication and prior experience with the bubble system in France also aided their adaptation. |
