概要 Since cyclosporine （CyA） is identified as a substrate
of CYP3A4 and P-glycoprotein（p-gp） in the liver and a
part of the intestine, it is suggested that concomitant use
of CyA and imatinib mesylate（STI571）, which inhibits
activity of CYP3A4 and p-gp, increases CyA concentration
in whole blood. We report, here, two cases treated
with CyA and STI571 after bone marrow transplantation
from the standpoint of drug interaction. CyA was administrated
orally in one case and intravenously in another
case.
