概要 Fluoxetine (FLX), a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor used as an antidepressant agent, is mainly N-demethylated to norfluoxetine (NFLX) in vivo. In this study, FLX and NFLX levels in human serum and urine (each 100 microL) were simultaneously analyzed by isocratic HPLC on a C30 column with visible light detection at 450 nm after pre-column derivatization with 4-(dimethylamino)azobenzene-4’-sulfonyl chloride
