| 概要 | In this paper, in order to support volunteer tour guides, we investigate the differences in sightseeing information due to the difference of information providers such as official tourism websites, reviews by tourists, and responses from volunteer tour guides. Based on these differences, we clarify the characteristics of resources that can be utilized to support volunteer tour guides. We found that
sightseeing information utilised by the volunteer tour guides includes concise information from official tourism websites and they sometimes add related information. While, as for reviews by tourists, we found that the viewpoint of the contents may differ depending on which website the reviews were collected from. Also, we found that viewpoints differ between the information on official websites and reviews written by tourists. We report that such difference among types of information can help to support volunteer tour guides. |
